What better way to accent a metal triangle than with a twist of copper and some matching hooks. These mixed metal earrings complement any outfit wonderfully.
These earrings are custom made when ordered. I hand wrap the copper coil around the metal triangle, nothing is pre-made.

I have always loved making jewelry. I started making my own in high school. A few years, I inherited a dresser full of beads, wires, string and gems from my grandmother. My grandmother loved all kinds of crafts but especially beading. Her supplies had been patiently waiting for me to bring them back to life. Thus, Slant Design was born. I love bringing together classical and contemporary design elements. You'll see simple, minimalist, clean lines running through my collections. Most of my jewelry supplies have been reclaimed or re-purposed. Don't worry, that doesn't mean they are used or someone else has worn them. It means, I've gathered new supplies from other artists, from friends, from my grandmothers stash, that would have, otherwise, been thrown out. Then I combine these with quality, artisan jewelry findings and materials to create wearable works of art.
I am a one woman-owned, small business. When you purchase jewelry or gifts, you are supporting a local business and your money is going back into the community, usually via gymnastics, swimming, orchestra or coffee. Thank you for supporting my business, my kids and my coffee habit.

I am a native Oregonian, living in the heart of the Willamette Valley. I have loved art my whole life, whether it be painting, jewelry design, or architecture. Blown glass art, however, is my favorite. While, I have dabbled in all those mediums, I set all my art aside for many years to help people as a pharmacist. After being at home with my children, I found myself drawn back jewelry design and needed to find new creative outlets.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and two energetic (80 pound!) puppies. When we’re not exploring the coast, we enjoying playing board games and cooking as a family.
